We’re growing fast and now looking for a go-getter B2B Sales & Partnership Manager to lead our expansion into local retail stores, healthy shops, and restaurants across Catalonia. This is not a desk job — you’ll be out there, knocking on doors, making calls, doing tastings, and closing deals.
Your mission:
• Build a pipeline of shops and restaurants in Barcelona and beyond
• Pitch the product, land shelf space or listings, and follow up like a pro
• Build strong, long-term relationships with store owners, managers, and buyers
• Hustle smart, represent the brand, and hit your numbers

You’re a fit if:
• You’ve done B2B sales (1–2 years min), ideally in food, FMCG or wellness
• You know how retail and horeca work in Catalonia
• You’re based in or around Barcelona and happy to move around the city
• You speak fluent Spanish (Catalan = big bonus)
• You’re a people person, closer, and self-starter
• You prefer action over meetings, and follow-up over fancy slides
