About Broccopizza
Broccopizza is a young and innovative company dedicated to producing healthy pizzas with broccoli and cauliflower crusts. We developed the first broccoli-based pizza crust in Catalonia, offering a nutritious alternative to traditional pizza—100% gluten-free, high in fiber, and delicious. Our pizzas are made with natural, locally sourced ingredients and are suitable for people with special dietary needs (allergies, diabetes, vegetarians), as well as for anyone who values healthy eating without compromising on flavor.
We currently distribute our products through our online shop with home delivery in Barcelona, as well as through local specialty stores. We are actively expanding to enter supermarket chains and other retail channels across Spain.

Job Description
At Broccopizza, we are looking for a B2B Sales Manager to lead our commercial expansion across Spain. Your main mission will be to develop the B2B sales channel, building strategic partnerships and securing commercial agreements to bring our products into major supermarket chains, grocery stores, and other corporate clients. You will work from our Barcelona headquarters, reporting directly to top management, and will have flexibility to travel frequently across various regions of Spain to drive brand growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business development: Identify and capture new B2B opportunities in the food sector, including distributors, retail chains (supermarkets), and hospitality establishments interested in gluten-free healthy products.
  • Key account management: Create, negotiate, and close commercial agreements with corporate clients. Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts, ensuring optimal service and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales strategy: Define and implement the company’s B2B sales strategy, setting volume and growth targets for each channel (retail, Horeca, distribution) and ensuring they are met.
  • Travel and client visits: Represent Broccopizza at business meetings, product presentations, and industry trade shows. Conduct regular visits to existing and potential clients across Spain—frequent travel is required.
  • Internal coordination: Collaborate with the Marketing and Production teams to align the product offering with market needs and promotional efforts. Provide feedback on market trends and consumer behavior to support continuous product improvement.
  • Reporting: Analyze B2B sales data and prepare performance reports, communicating progress and results to company management.

Candidate Requirements
  • B2B sales experience: Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in Spain, preferably in the food or FMCG sector.
  • Food industry background: Previous experience working for food manufacturing companies (ideally frozen food or healthy snacks), with knowledge of the food sales cycle.
  • Professional network: A portfolio of contacts within supermarket chains and food retailers in Spain. Existing relationships with retail purchasing departments, health food distributors, and Horeca channels will be highly valued.
  • Languages: Fluent Spanish and English (business-level) required. Knowledge of Catalan and Russian is a plus.
  • Mobility: Valid Class B driver’s license and own vehicle for sales visits. Availability to travel frequently throughout Spain.
  • Personal qualities: Proactive, with initiative and quick decision-making abilities. Strong communication, negotiation, and goal-oriented skills. Able to work independently managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
