Norte y Sur — Tuna Pizza on Cauliflower Crust

Base: cauliflower pizza crust from BroccoPizza.

Perfect for: a light dinner or gluten-free snack.

Ingredients:

  • BroccoPizza cauliflower pizza base.
  • Fried tomato sauce (we recommend Hida brand).
  • One can of tuna.
  • Grated cheese (5-cheese mix, TGT brand).
  • Black olives (BonÀrea).

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 220 °C (430 °F).
  2. Spread the fried tomato sauce evenly over the base.
  3. Add grated cheese to taste.
  4. Top with tuna.
  5. Slice the black olives and scatter them over the pizza.
  6. Bake for 12–14 minutes — and it’s ready to enjoy!
